The Mont Ventoux is first known for the exploits of the cyclistsbut it also proposes a small ski resort, which began in the 1930s, one of the oldest in France.

It is not about not strictly speaking a station, but rather a ski area, without a village at its foot. On the other hand, it is possible to park your vehicle, to eat there, and to rent your equipment. And especially, to admire a panoramic view of Provence.

Ski slopes for all levels

The Mont Ventoux culminating at 1909 m of altitude, hides on its northern face its ski slopes, with a integrated domain in the fir trees. If the weather is cloudless, you have a clear view on the horizon, and at the top, you can see at 100klm to surroundings.

The site offers 17 ski slopes Alpine for all levels: 3 black, 6 red, 4 blue and 4 green. The 12 km of ski slopes are spread out between 1400 m and 1909 m of altitude and are served by 9 ski lifts and 1 carpet. The blue and green slopes are located at the bottom of the domain and the red and black slopes at the top of the Ventoux. The red slope André Philip has a nice slope from the top of the domain and the black run « S » allows to ski the special slalom and the giant slalom.

You can also practice at Ventoux Mont Serein snowshoeing on 3 circuits, and the freestylers can slide on the snowpark, while 7 km of track are available for the Nordic skiing.

Two fields are reserved for surfing and sledding, a dedicated and secure track for children under 12 years. L’ESF welcomes beginners in skiing and snowboarding at the jardin des snow.
