Located in the department of Pyrénées-OrientalesThe ski resort of Cambre d’Aze, in the commune of Eyne, was born following the merger of 2 stationslocated on two small mountain villages Pyrenees.

Historically, it was in 1968 that the Saint-Pierre was created, with the creation of ski lifts, in a valley when wild. Around 1982, all the installations became the property of the commune, and it is in 1990 that the station Saint-Pierre due to financial problems, merged with that ofEynefrom which the birth of Cambre d’Azea ski resort that enjoys local recognition.

A beautiful environment

The Cambre d’Aze ski resort can be reached from 2 villages Eyne and St Pierre-dels-Forcats. It is located near the national nature reserve of Eyne.

With 13 ski lifts, it is rather a medium-sized ski area, and does not offer a Nordic area. The average altitude of the ski area is 2020m, which is high for the Pyrenees.

For the fans of strong sensations, good news, Cambre d’Aze offers 2 spaces sledding and an ice fall.

In all, the resort offers 23 slopes well marked. Snowshoe tours are available to meet the needs of the most demanding skiers.
