The 7 Laux designate a group of three ski resorts located respectively in the communes of Theysof La Ferrière and Adrets. Two of the stations are located in the Pleynet. Precisely, in the valley of the Haut-Bréda while the last one is in the zone of Pipay, on the slope of the valley of the Grésivaudan.
